Btw i don't recommend you using video guides they get deprecated very quick and sometimes they give wrong files and similar stuffs

First of all, don't bump.
Ignorance is not a justification, and it doesn't matter if you don't use forums, when you agreed to join GBAtemp, you accepted the rules regardless you read 'em or not. And bumpin' is prohibited most of the time.

Now... to the meat and potatoes.
Which video was? We don't endorse the use of videoguides 'cause most of 'em are incomplete or obsolete.

Kaz, we might be able to help you if you show us the video you used. however, the wii u doesn't have any protections against nand corruption (i.e. recovery menu), so you have to be extra careful when you mess with the slc.

RIP to your Wii U, Unbricking the console requires for you to open the console and solder wires. You might as well go to Ebay and buy a Used one

It's the EU menu file.
This isn't necessary in any case, and it's not for your region.
I don't know if installing another region's menu can brick your console per se.
In which step the console didn't booted up again?

It was restarting it so I could see the menu
Is there a small chance I could fix it if not thank you for ur help I guess ill buy a new wii u when I get the money

@NintnedoGuyin66, I would advise you check this thread out. I have a feeling that since you posted the video guide, you would have something to add. You've been told before as well if I remember right that this is a very risky guide to have others follow, especially since this involves system applications.

Unfortunately, I don't have more to say here besides the fact that you probably don't have much of a chance to recover without performing some hardware modifications, but I would like the video guide writer or someone else to confirm this too. If this is truly the case, I'm very sorry in regards to your Wii U, and I am hoping you can get it replaced or repaired.

Exactly what Noah said... The video is a modified guide similar or based on the real guide here on the temp and as stated in that guide..... Better to test these things with sdcafiine first than to go bursting into your nand with out all the knowledge.

That said, i believe the videos author has spoken about having to reinstall the wii u menu for whatever reason with success. Id seek him out tbh!

I had a long discussion with @NintnedoGuyin66 in the original thread here:

For some reason he completely replaces the Wii U menu which isn't just totally unnecessary but also extremely dangerous.
I told him that you could easily brick by following his steps and I told him another solution to fix the problem.
The author of the video didn't take any action and kept saying that this is the best solution.

What do we learn from this (again)? Don't follow video guides!

if you have your otp.bin, you hook a teensy up to the nand chip and decrypt it. that's really your only hope now.
Lucky I did but arent teensy cost a bit I may be wrong tho

Nvm they are cheap af but im a little broke right now so im gonna buy it a different time thank you godreborn for the idea

No need for a teensy. The teensy is required to dump and flash the SLC and SLCCMPT. Since this is a Wii U menu brick and the Wii U menu is on the MLC you need to flash the MLC. The MLC is on a separate chip and can be flashed with a SD card adapter. You still need a OTP dump though to decrypt the MLC.
