Hacking Trinket M0 Installer in Albany, NY?

Sorry if this isn't the right section to post this. Mods, please move if necessary.

While trying to install a Trinket, the Vol+ and Vol- buttons stopped working. I tried taking the Trinket out to see if that was the causing the issue, but it wasn't.
I then figured out that the pull-up resistors for Vol+ and Vol- were blown.

I'm looking for someone in the Albany, NY area who can replace those two resistors and get the volume buttons working again, and then install the Trinket.

    Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
