Yes, you can use Rufus to make one. It's very easy once you get into Rufus.

Hey is there an easy way to update your bootdisc without having to redo the image every time? I know i could just open and move the changed. Do you post a change log to show what has changed?

The changelog is in the download links, and the "Update Only" button on page 1 is just the update with instructions.
 
So I will basically need a 29 GB usb flash drive for this...

Edit: You might want to remove the mini Windows 10 to avoid scary Microsoft lawyers.
