Yes, you can use Rufus to make one. It's very easy once you get into Rufus.

No, just use whatever version you want to install.

That's definitely not me, and is using old artwork. I wouldn't trust it. I also never use"x86" because I ditched x86 support.

The changelog is in the download links, and the "Update Only" button on page 1 is just the update with instructions.

Yep. Just run the windows installer and select the partition.

Yes, I include Snappy Driver Installer Origin inside the PortableApps folder.
