There's quiet a few amazing VR titles.
Here's a tip: Roughly 90% of SteamVR games can be played with an Oculus headset. SteamVR generally has better performance as well, so even if you do use Oculus, I would say to get your games on Steam, as well as Oculus Tray Tool.
However, HTC headsets don't have anywhere near as much third-party support as Oculus headsets.
Here's a few games from me:
Rec Room -
An amazing VR social club that takes place in a 1980's college. Considered by many to be the Wii Sports of VR, Rec Room has so many things to offer. There's also currently five games called "Quests". These quests on their own are enough to make a full game:
Golden Trophy: A medieval goblin-slaying game.
Crimson Cauldron: It feels pretty much like Zelda in VR.
Jumbotron: A first person robot-themed shooter taking place in the 3000's.
Lost Skulls: You play as pirates sneaking into a cave full of treasure!
And last but not least:
Crescendo of the Blood Moon-
It's Castlevania VR. Need I say more?
But those are just the quests. There are a plethora of games to play in Rec Room! Players can even make and share their own rooms. Or if you aren't antisocial as HECK like I am, there's also countless rooms to just hang out with friends.

VRchat -
Easily the best VR game when it comes to hanging out, socializing, and making friends. The only issue pretty much everyone has with the game is the performance. And that it isn't on playstation yet.
But for just being a social game, it is BEAUTIFUL graphically. But if you don't want to murder your computer I'd suggest using the Low VR quality settings. To switch to this, hold SHIFT while the game is starting up. I had much better performance with this mode, and I'd suggest it for everyone. Only thing is, it reduces particles a LOT. This was the first thing I noticed, since the map I frequent most is a disco room that has much more special effects than I thought at first.

Beat Saber -
I've never been a fan of music games, and I can't see this as much more than a tech demo. I got it for $20 but awhile later the official price was bumped up to $40. I personally feel like even 20 was a bit too much for the game. None of the music even suits my taste. It's one of those games that isn't really anything without the mods.

Job Simulator/Vacation Simulator -
One of the most enjoyable and quirky VR game series out there, these simulators have quite a bit of replay value. Job simulator makes 'work' fun! And even has an endless 'night shift' mode that randomizes your tasks so you can play for hours!
Vacation simulator is about exploring and doing, well, vacation activities. This game suits both people who want to adventure during vacations, and people who want to sit around and do absolutely nothing during vacations.

Richie's Plank Experience -
If I were having you experience VR for the first time, this is without a doubt the first game I'd have you play. A psychological horror experience that shows just how convincing VR can be! You stand on a plank hanging off the edge of a skyscraper. Most people are absolutely terrified when it's their first time. There's also quite a few extra modes and features to explore!

Pavlov VR -
Arguably the best VR shooter. Most people play a Trouble in Terrorist Town mode, but there's also solo modes. And if you know anything about guns (which I don't. I blew myself up countless times in the tutorial when they taught you how to use a grenade), then this game could be the one for you!
There's not too much to say, but I'd heavily suggest going on the Steam workshop and getting a bunch of mods/maps.

3DSEN VR -
An NES emulator that made it to Steam somehow! But that's not all, the purpose of this emulator is that you select an NES ROM... And it lets you play the game in 3D! This is amazing for nostalgia. And if you're not sure, you can try a free demo.

Beat Saber: Everyone loves it except me, which is why I included it.

Default volume is ridiculously loud. Keep it quiet until you try a song, then adjust it.
I'd suggest waiting for a sale before you get it.
Job/Vacation Simulator: I'd recommend you try this at least once.

Richie's Plank Experience: If you're getting into VR, start with this game. I have a horrible fear of heights. If I survived this game, you can too. Wouldn't suggest non-VR veterans to try this alone.

Pavlov: Would only really suggest this if you have friends to play it with. Playing it alone is like Kaizo James Bond.
