Hey, everybody, how can I tell if my console has been banned? Let me explain: I currently have two profiles on it, one "fake" with a Nintendo ID created specifically to avoid the ban on my main one, and one without any account associated, on which I have my island of Animal Crossing. Now I'd like to back up the island by associating a new account on this profile and transfer it to a new console on which I won't any kind of hack but playing Animal Crossing legally. What are the chances that as soon as I sync the new account it will be banned?

There is always a chance of being banned when bringing a hacked console online. The chances are nearly impossible to quantify. You have to weigh the risks of being banned with how much you want to transfer your island.
