System Transfer with modded switch

I have a modded original model Switch, but have been thinking about buying the new OLED, and transferring my unmodded SysNAND saves. does this cause problems with the modded EmuNAND? I want to keep the modded switch to play some games on, and keep the mod intact, but want to move official saves like my Animal Crossing Island. I guess my real question is does having a modded EmuNAND have an effect on moving to a new console

If sysmmc is clean on the old Switch and it is not banned then you should be able to move your saves the official way
