Hacking Where should I buy my flashcart, when I can't purchase using CC or Paypal?

So I have NDSL with DSTTi, and I recently bought New 3DS XL to install CFW on it with my DSTTi using ntrboot, only to realize that my DSTTi is couterfeit one that is not supported by ds_ntrboot_patcher apparently. There was a github issue about the fake R4 chip that has the same board layout with my cart though, but it seems like It's not supported yet.

So I'm thinking about getting a new cart, but I'm living in South Korea currently and I don't have any way to transfer my money to foreign sellers. There's official service from Ebay that let us buy things from there without using Visa or Paypal, so if I have to buy from foreign sellers That's the only way to do it.

I've been also finding for local sellers, There's one seller who sells R4 GOLD Pro for $17. Can't guarantee if it's real.

Should I consider buying it from Ebay, or believe the local seller?

Is it available in the latest firmware? my 3DS is outdated but in a version with no exploit other than ntrboot, so I thought I had no options left.

BTW, Shouldn't they move Seedminer to the "ALL VERSIONS" section If it's for all versions?

Seedminer is not "ALL VERSIONS". It's always latest version. Is that a problem? Eh… no. Only if you can't update for whatever reason.
