Are you launching Incognito_RCM from TegraRcmGUI or another way?

Also, does it show an error message in Incognito (the newer version won’t show a pkg1 error)?

I launched hekate from a web fussee launcher because I’m on Mac then from hekate I launched Incognito RCM.

I shows a different error when launching the newer version.

Those are warnings, not errors. The older versions of Incognito_RCM did not write the checksums.

You have successfully restored the prodinfo, unfortunately the backup was of the blank serial number.

At this point, your best shot is probably what The Real Jdbye was telling you about.

Do you have an emuNAND? If so you can recover the PRODINFO from there.
Or extract it from a full NAND backup which you should have if you followed any guide worth its salt.
Otherwise, you're out of luck.

Never done it myself, as I never messed with incognito. But a simple google search brought this:

Reading the usage, it seems it can do the job. But I would advise you to wait for @The Real Jdbye approval before proceding.

If you have a RawNAND backup (from before running Incognito) and you haven’t updated the firmware, you could restore the backup - this is the easiest option. Particularly if you haven’t been online with your SysNAND.

Restore Boot0/Boot1 and rawNAND.

Be warned, if you have updated the Nintendo firmware since making the backup then your fuse count will be wrong until you update OFW again...

Why were you messing with sysNAND to begin with? You should always leave sysNAND clean. I don't know what state your sysNAND is in or if it's even safe to use online on it after restoring PRODINFO. Have you ran any CFW or homebrew on it other than patching PRODINFO? It might be safest to restore a full NAND backup depending.

Can I backup my switch using hekate while on incognito, use Haku to erase my switch then restore the backup. Would that work?

If you have a RawNAND backup (from before running Incognito) and you haven’t updated the firmware, you could restore the backup - this is the easiest option. Particularly if you haven’t been online with your SysNAND.

Restore Boot0/Boot1 and rawNAND.

Yes you can. But you will still have XAW000000000000 as your serial number and your certs will still remain wiped, so it won’t be very helpful.

Wait so if I’ll have to get a new Switch to get online? And if I do, can I make a backup of my Switch while on Incognito using hekate and then restore it on the new Switch?

Hi. I'm on a Mariko and I accidentally ran Incognito via Tinfoil while on sysnand (I'm on sx core) so now my switch isn't able to boot

I have a backup of my prodinfo but I don't have a full nand backup

Us there any way I can try to push back the original prodfile?
- tried tegrasmashrcm, doesn't load keeps hanging. They say Mariko can't use it
- tried lncognitoRCM, Hekate from sxox recovery payload but it doesn't load it

Is there anyway of verifying if a back up will have the same serial code such as xaw0000 because I have the same issue, I am unable to go online or use eshop and I’m not banned because it doesn’t say I’m restricted from Nintendo, I did make a back up but restoring it did not help so I most likely accidentally backed it up when I did incognito, I most likely started messing around and did incognito on sysnand and backed it up after I did it

before that used to run atmosphere for smash ultimate mods but now I’m unable to use smash, I just need a way to check if my back up files are restorable
