Hacking Help me pls! my Wii stuck at health and safety screen

Got a Wii (Korean region switched to ntsc-u ,V4.1 )weeks ago and I was stupid last night to install ARC (ARC_mod06_offline4.1) ,
after that, I ran the CFG to load USB disk game but failed,and Wii dead...
restart it, but can't enter system any more. it stucks at health and safety screen.
if you press A button, then it fades to black and dead again.

shut it down and press POWER + RESET to restart, It flashes between a deep black and a lighter white, as if something may appear, but nothing,then come up the health and safety screen.
no screen come up saying the system files were corrupted,just dead.
I already did these many times:
- unplugging the mains for 15+ minutes
- Holding + and - and press A at the Health and Safety screen doesn't bring up maintenance mode
- Holding + and - while booting does nothing
- Holding Reset while booting does nothing

did my Wii become a brick?can I unbrick it?
I got priiloader and bootmii as ios installed before, but cant enter into them by Power+Reset.and the Korean Wii have no hardware modifcation either.
help me please!

Use priiloader to boot hbc then fix it from there

then how to use priiloader? I got nothing when press Power+Reset button for many times,sadly

You dont just need to have Priiloader, you need to have it installed.

What did you actually do with anyregionchanger?
(no, just extracting or even opening it does nothing!)

Using the wii menu install feature obviously removes Priiloader

Changing the region settings COULD cause a bannerbrick if installed titles have invalid banners for the selected language/region combo (however I've never seen a bannerbrick and don't know if it causes freezing with a visible health&safety logo)

I can't use any wii menu now...it's freezed and bricked

he makes fun of you because you basically bricked your Wii and there's nothing that can be done about it because I suppose that you don't have any NAND backup.
Your Wii is basically worth nothing now and it's equal to a worthless paperweight

you need to understand that any software modification or fix can't be done in your case because you don't boot into the console so software fix are not an option and i bet you don't have any solder skills and NAND backup so hardware fixes are a "no no" for you too

I mean if you could reinstall the nand you could unbrick it but at that point it would be cheaper to buy a new wii ntsc region preferably. unfortunately like i said its a nightmare and spare parts need to be harvested from actual wiis and theres no guarantee itll work again

Yeah he can try that, and SDBoot when that releases in the future.

So bjdownloader, try bluebomb if you have a way to get into an Linux OS.
