Hardware nintedo switch fake charge

hi
i have a nintendo switch and doest charge
i check short and not find nothing, when you plug charger simbol apears in lcd but no charge anything

fuse are fine and port usb too, m92t36 too and bq too

i have 15 volts in diodes near bq but no charge anything
the console work fine in dock or manual mode you can play if you put another battery charged previusly, no have sofware errors maybe.
someone with experience in this?

well after all nintendo is working and charge

i changed BQ24193 and put a piece missing ( see a photo )

is very strange but i dont have any short in BQ24193 before

I checked that IC on a broken Mainboard, it's called DEB 721. I don't know what it is or where you can get it, but maybe it helps you searching the right part

i have another swicht and put this ic on this board. nintendo dont have more troubles for now. thanks.
