2.0 Update

This is a modpack I've put together over some time for Super Smash Bros Wii U. I wanted this modpack to feel real and genuine, so all the extra skins/characters make sense as alts to the character they go on top of, fighters from one series are over fighters from the same series. For example, Lyn and alt costumes for her are alt skins for Lucina. I feel my biggest sin in this regard is King K. Rool as a Bowser alt, however they have appeared in a few Mario Sports titles before, so it's not too disconnected, and as such I ultimately felt alright including it. In addition to a bunch of extra alt costumes/characters, just about all Omega stages have been replaced with brand new stages or hazard free versions of the original stages (stage icons should make this clear). Beyond that, aesthetics have been changed (for the better in my opinion), well over 100 new music tracks have been added, the camera is unrestricted whenever possible, and various other improvements have been added within the mod. If you're curious, watch the video for more info and you can download the modpack in the video's description, which even includes the information on how to change Smash's icon, splash screen, and meta data on the Wii U's main menu. Hope anyone that downloads this enjoys. Thanks!

sadly i have smash 4 on 3ds and not wii u

That's unfortunate, while I could also put a modpack together for the 3DS version, it wouldn't be the same, and I'm honestly less interested in putting a modpack together for that version of the game. Maybe in the future I'll consider it though.

Hey @MikaDubbz quick question!

Does this work with a disk version? I'm trying with sdcafiine but it crashes when booting and won't go past the first splash screen.

Just wondered if you had any insight before I install the game to usb.

I couldn't tell ya for sure, I've only ever had the digital version to test on. It SHOULD work with that version, but, considering the modpack can be a little unstable when loading the character select screen (key is to just wait a couple seconds when it first pops up before touching your controller), it seems feasible that it may not cooperate with the disc version.
Hi. By any chance is there another server apart from mega.nz? Thank you for this great work, it is awesome!!
If I get a chance I'll try to remember to upload it to my Google Drive when I get home from work tonight.

This is pretty cool (even though I'm not the biggest fan of Super Smash) still this is really cool, I kinda wish Amy Rose and Guile were added too.
