Hacking Question Using a account on a hacked and non hacked switch

I was wondering if I can use my account on a non hacked switch even though it's been on my hacked switch since day 1 of hacking. Would it get a non hacked switch banned? I only want to use the same account as I have games purchased on there

if your account hasn't been banned on your hacked switch I don't see why it would get banned on the non hacked switch.
