How is @the_randomizer derailing this thread if anything he is showing interest and showing that there still is interest in general.

I for one would love at the very least Parallel with Latest GlideN64 it would run anything.

Anyway has RetroArch changed media folder assets or something I have latest builds Stable or Nightly Cores dont load Takes back to WiiU Menu and Media folder keeps getting deleted and moves contents outside into retroarch folder.

Re-download the assets folder from the site mate. I had a shitty time trying to make the newer build to work and it was because of this same exact issue. Don’t expect to download it from the UI itself because it will take a month to download all of it lol.

I was on the RetroArch discord earlier, and it seems there is still some interest, is that some devs are busy with getting certain features implemented. Still, not holding my breath.

For people looking for help on how to get shaders working, file structure etc. I would suggest going to page 545 from this here thread and reading up. The rest is up to you. I managed to get them working following a few pages posts advice and links.

I'm not gonna provide any other info since the word around here is that they are not distributable and yadda yadda. So best of luck to y'all. :)

We gotten a report by a user that a folder called uuuuuuuu.uuu contain ransomware or malware.
Anyone got a VirusTotal of said folder zipped?

^ No idea.

Ok so who's down to start a Bounty to get the PS1 emulator core running on Wii U?

I know I am, but what exactly should we request at this point?

Guess as good as mine lol would be awesome though I did see a fully functional Dreamcast Menu at one point but that it.

On N64 Front Wii64/Not64 could be ported im sure and optimised but...

Does anyone else have any experience using the actual RetroArch Channel? I'm struggling to get my playlists working properly and I can find next to no documentation about the channel itself and how to configure it or update it. It seems everyone just uses RA through the HBL but I'd rather not do that if I can avoid it. (I have a thread about my problem in this forum section.)

Thanks in advance for any help!

We just need the right person to do it I suppose.. Beetle PSX would be even easier since that already had a Core on WiiU for a bit but I doubt it would run fullspeed on WiiU with Lightrec

The main issue with pcsx rearmed is it requires mmap, which we don't have on current wiiu toolchains, also in order to get lightning we need to port it to the wiiu, even if lightning supports PPC! With Mupen64Plus Next and Flycast things are harder, we need OpenGL support for wiiu hombrew, which is a PITA considering how complex GX2 is.
