Base on having trolling in your username it hard for people to believe you, then again it is against the forum policy to bait people with money in thread.

I forgot to mention I already did buy the SX Pro. I have two switch’s. One had been used online while the other has been tucked away. I’m not trying to bait anyone... I just want legit/updated instructions this is how you do it these are the files and this is what’s doing what explained. I will pay....

No offense, man, but RTFM. The sx.xecuter site has the information and files you need. You have the physical tools. Read the documentation provided by the people who made them and then follow it.
I'm not sure what you mean by asking how to get Win10 to detect the Switch. If you mean so that you can use your W10 PC to deliver a payload, that is what the SX USB-C dongle is for. If you wish to have your Switch show up as a USB device on your W10 PC, that isn't happening. If the later is what you were looking for you'll want to use FTP over wifi for Switch/PC transfers, not a USB cable.
It seems to me you may have over thought/researched this and may be a bit confused by conflicting info that is probably based on installing different CFW solutions... Or maybe something else... I truly don't know.

You could install TegraRCMGui (portable). It gives Windows the drivers it needs to detect the switch. It tells you in the switch is in RCM mode or not.

With all the information out there on modding the Switch, and the fact that the SXOS site seriously tells you how to do it step by step and provides you with all the files(my 9 year old nephew did it all on his own), I don't think you should be modding any systems.
