Hacking Cannot Boot into Atmosphere

I recently purchased another unpatched unit and I am trying to get atmosphere running. Firmware was updated to 9.1.0. I have been using all updated files through sdsetup When I boot into Hekate 5.0.2 and try to boot Atmosphere, I see a very fast flash of Unknown pkg1 version in red and boots back into Hekate... Any suggestions?

try booting into just the fuse primary bin

When I try to boot fusee-primary I get a blank screen.. sigh
