Those aren't terribly damaged. So you're in luck. I would try a flathead that fits inside the philips head, and try slowly to take it the screws out. REMEMBER you must put some pressure against them, so protect the screen incase you slip.

I had one that was wayyy thicker then the screw(lol)You need one that fits perfectly inside it. (Yes I did notice it was that one, I see the scratches ) A rubber band should work if you got a thick one that is wider than the screw and press firmly inside it.
