Those aren't terribly damaged. So you're in luck. I would try a flathead that fits inside the philips head, and try slowly to take it the screws out. REMEMBER you must put some pressure against them, so protect the screen incase you slip.

What flat head would fit cause i tried everything its the top one btw
 
You need one that fits perfectly inside it. (Yes I did notice it was that one, I see the scratches :P) A rubber band should work if you got a thick one that is wider than the screw and press firmly inside it.

I had one that was wayyy thicker then the screw(lol)
 
Another question if it doesnt woek is their a way to get into cdw without using a jig at all
No sorry. You must use the jig until you can enable AutoRCM. Well you could technically solder a chip that press the buttons for you.
 
wow thats really fckd up..

Id dremel a line in it and turn that with a flat head screwdriver,

Or drill to small holes opposite each other, and use like a cir clip remover tool and twist or needle nose pliers or needle nose tweezers
