Use "Money doesn't decrease" cheat, buy all the outfits => stop using the cheat.

EDIT: damn it, I deleted the save file in the switch settings, started a new game but it keeps freezing when I reach a point where I can move

nobody will share one because nobody can guarantee if the codes work. two shield specific codes i tested didn't even work for me.
