PS3 Slim, 4.84, Webman 1.47.24.9 MOD.

Installed PS2CONFIG.pkg, downloaded Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken - Ougon no Kaze with installed English patch, puted it in dev_hdd0/PS2ISO. Webman Setup -> Refresh My Games -> Restart -> PS2 -> The game -> launched the game and nothing. PS3 just restarts. Two other games that I've tried -- Devil May Cry 1 and Zombie Zone -- are working that way. PS2 Classic Compatibility list says that the game is compatible. What do I do wrong?

I also converted the game to .pkg file and then installed it. Got a "Copyright protection information is invalid" error.

I also burn it on disc and tried on PS2 and it worked so problem is not in the .iso.

For the pkg you need to resign a ps2 rap file (same for every game its in ps2 classics exdata floder) along with your pkg and inject it in your ps3 as well as a rif file.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.

Free release can have loopholes where they still make money through ads
