Hi @Gericom! I forgot my password for my other account (Block Builder) so I'm using this now.
First of all, nice job on the software! It seems to be coming along quite well! :)

And one question: is there a release of the latest version that uses the bottom screen to select games & play them on, too? My top screen is broken so I cannot run games on it.

Thanks!

amazing stuff from you both, after the new twilight menu update, f-zero gp legends is running so much more smoothly now, and theta emerald ex boots and so far it saves and works great overall, only issue i've had with it was the awkward music but i know you have yet to properly implement the extra gba sounds chips

I finally implemented a settings menu and a settings file. The menu is accessed by pressing R on the rom selection menu. Settings are saved when you go back to the rom selection. Note that touch has not been implemented yet, so touching the settings icon doesn't work, you need to press R.

Would it be possible to build channel a CIA for the 3DS to run gbarunner2 from the home menu instead of having to load up twilightmenu?

I'd probably first have to add native sd support in gbarunner2. Otherwise it can't read from the sd. Twilightmenu uses a special dldi patch to make it work atm. (which could however be manually applied, but needs to be extracted from bootstrap)

Yes, by making a forwarder CIA, but that needs to be fixed properly for homebrew first.

How do I go about doing that? I know that i can download the forwarder making app and use that but I presume its only for games not homebrew?

Thank you so much for all of your work Gericom!:bow::bow: This update is so awesome! Is there any chance you could implement a function that turns off the backlight of the screen not being used? that would be great and I don't imagine it being that hard, but maybe im wrong!

Yes, this is planned.

It's in the planning, but because it is a little more work than just simply writing a register I keep postponing it xD
@Gericom what's next on the road?
Most likely an in-game menu.
i'm impressed how the "skip bios" doesn't break everything like crazy :D
That works by jumping to the soft reset code of the bios. So the start environment is actually the same as if you would run the intro. This is the same method used by gba vc on 3ds.
Also will there a option to actually show an icon when the SRAM is starts to write? the glitchy sounds are a bit annoying
I want to do that, but it may only be possible when center and mask is enabled and it usually takes about a second max or so to save. As for the sound, that's because it waits a bit for the game to finish saving to reduce sd writes, but by that time sound is already enabled again. During saving sound interrupts are not handled leading to audio glitches.

Hello.:)

Yes,we ALL very excited after last night.:rofl2:

Please let our genius and creative "head" rest a while after this great achievement. :D
I think from this point of developing it is getting "really" hard and complicated to continue and develope further.

Thank you for your time and your really impressive "partnerwork" last night.

@Gericom

This is not important or a real issue.
It is something I have noticed a longer time ago, this happens for example when I try to start a Cheat patched rom.
NOT that the ROM is not starting,I know that and I expect it too.

You can not get back to the Menu and no Button is now working, you have to Reset or Turn off the Nintendo DS/DSi.
It happens on TWiLight Menu and Flashcard with all 4 Version of GBARunner.

No hurry,I only show it to you.:)

Thank you for Reading.:)
