Gaming Super Mario maker 1 being overrun with Japanese creators

So I loaded up smm1 and I saw a lot of Japanese creators now I assumed that would happen as the same thing happened to Splatoon the 2 game came out and everybody stopped playing the first except for Japanese players load up Splatoon 1 and go into a match any way I just saw that and thought it sounded cool

Overrun is the wrong verb. I'd say they are keeping those games alive.
The quality of competition can actually go up once the majority of a community moves on to a new game.

well yea but its really different to see you used to see a mixed bag of levels from all across the globe now its really only Japanese creators

Interesting, the last console I ever bought was an Xbox 360, and it was the Latin American players who tended to be the most common online. I'm guessing that's because not many Japanese people have bought any Xbox consoles.

I always dread seeing the Japan flag while playing expert 100 man/endless mode in Mario Maker 1/2. I don't know the reason behind this, but Japanese players have a tendency to make the most awfully contrieved, frustrating courses known to man.

It is because Latin Americans are mostly extra poor.
