Luigi's Mansion 3 gets a release date for this Halloween

Nintendo has just confirmed the release date for Luigi's Mansion 3, and it's a rather fitting one, at that. On October 31st--Halloween--the game will launch exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. Following 2001's original and 2013's Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, this entry will see Luigi having to explore a ghost-infested hotel in order to save Mario. Gooigi will return, after being introduced in the 3DS remake of the first game, in order to help solve puzzles either in single-player, or be controlled by a friend.

I’ve seen quite a lot of this game I would say it relates more to the GameCube version than dark moon. I’m really looking forward to it, it’s certainly a luigis mansion killer!

Edit: I’m sure dark moon on the 3DS was collaborated with another company next level games I don’t think it was developed by Nintendo themselves but this title like the original is.

As someone who loved and still loves the OG Luigis Mansion released on Gamecube, I'm very disappointed with Luigis Mansion 2, and seeing the gameplay, this looks like a Sequel to it.

I wished they wen't back to the scary horror style like in the original one. I will still give this a try, but this game looks a bit too generic for me.
I was wondering if I was the only one who feels this way as well. The Dark Moon to me was a big letdown and didn't have the appeal compared to the original. Never did finish the Dark Moon version. I really enjoyed the OG version of Luigi's Mansion.
Good to know I'm not the only one.

Yeah the whole point that it was scary and Louigi was scared too.
