Funny thing, this game has already prepared for the EU and US version:

romfs\data\common\gamedata_eu.cpk
romfs\data\common\gamedata_jp.cpk
romfs\data\common\gamedata_us.cpk

romfs\data\common\text\text_eu.cpk
romfs\data\common\text\text_jp.cpk
romfs\data\common\text\text_us.cpk

A lot of files inside of the eu/us version are missing, empty or dummy files. (Don't try to replace the jp files, it will not work)

Game should be very easy to translate, if someone really wants to do all the work of translating millions of text lines, better wait for the official translation, it will be done faster than any fan made patch.

I believe that Nintendo localized and published Yo-kai Watch series so it took 2-3 years so closure of NA won't affect them.

Yes but also remember that level 5 said that yo Kai wantch was going to realease in wéstern on 2019 and nothing happend , i just wanted ti know if itvwould be possible to access the the asian text of the asian Game and replace them for the ones trasleted , from the 3ds Game in english

Level 5 didn't say about release in 2019 but they just announced in 2019 that they are localizing the game without given a release date so based on previous releases, it took between 2-3 years so it means Yo-kai Watch 4 should be ready by 2021-2022.

I'm fine with fan translation project but sadly, I don't know about Japanese and it could happen if people willing to translate.

Other way - create a online petition to convince Level 5 and Nintendo to release this game as soon as possible so I will be happy to sign.
