Yup. I'm the type of guy who will level up to 99 before touching the main quest.

By the time I start it, I'm so overpowered everything dies just by me taking a single step forward.

With the right set of chips in Nier Automata, the only thing that can kill you is if you're not
9S with his hacking ability and you're going up against those late endgame robot worm things that are almost impossible to hit as 2B and A2
without getting hit yourself and that do so much damage so quickly that you don't even get that low health warning when you get too close.

Where's the skeptical gamer who realizes the same amount of work was put into previous not so big games but this time it's just stretched across a giant map and feels the added travelling is an enormous waste of time?

You guys forgot, the Skyrim PS3 player who enjoys the game no matter how low the framerate is, but cannot continue anymore because the game becomes a slideshow after about 60 hours. Then buys the PC version and says wow it looks and plays so great! Mods it, then play it for 5 minutes and then never plays the game ever again.

F*** everyting: "hey, a peaceful village. Let's quicksave real fast"

Hilarious!!!! :rofl2:

More so: this should be a meme in itself. Say...this one:

Ahem...other than that: I'm missing a few archetypes as well:

* insecure gamer: 'okay, the main quest is that way...let's start all other quests until I'm completely maxed out'
* professional reviewer (with a deadline): 'okay, the main quest is that way...let's ignore all the rest'
* artist: 'horses? Hmm...let's see if I can somehow get them all stacked up on top of that building over there.'
* exploiter: 'let's try doing some stuff the developers didn't think anyone would do!' *attempts to eat backpack*

Didn't you forget the "Frantic saving everywhere (ocd-esque)maniac" ?

*What do you mean I can't save here ? I don't want to loose progress... Better save again, even though I just saved 50 seconds ago.*

I'm definitely the cautious type, but with an added worry of finding all hidden items / doing all side quests before accidentally ending up progressing the story. (Though way-points with main objective markers help with avoiding that).

Try Far Cry 5, they really insisted on having a story, so if you ignore it - important places will rescue themselves if you do enough side quests and for every x points you get a boss cutscene as lighting from a clear sky. But on the other hand you must do the sidequests because progressing the story will empty the world of some enemies you need to take out...
