Speed, for a handful of games. It all comes to preference. It's the same reason why Snes9x 2002/2005/2010 exist. Is there any benefit on using RX's 1.52 Core over GX's 1.58 Core?

Out of curiosity, does GX have your input lag fix? That's a significant feature.Speed, for a handful of games. It all comes to preference. It's the same reason why Snes9x 2002/2005/2010 exist.

Sure, 1.58 supports more games, and fixes many emulation bugs for many games. It has more accurate emulation. How about the other way around? Are you aware of any reason (or game) where one might prefer a particular SNES emulator for Wii other than RX?
No need to fret. It was already fixed for 3.7.0. Use this 3.6.0 fix in the meanwhile.SNES9XRX absolutely refuses to save "music volume" and "sound effects volume" settings to what I want it to be. For some reason it always resets to the default after reopening the app. Because when I check settingsRX.xml after exiting with my desired settings, they will be listed correctly. After opening the app again, and checking the .xml, they will reset to the default 20 and 40. Help?
Works as intended. Thanks alot!No need to fret. It was already fixed for 3.7.0. Use this 3.6.0 fix in the meanwhile.
Gonna check it out. If i understood your description, it crashes if you exit the emulator right after entering the town?Hi niuus, had a crash yesterday with your latest version of RX, was very curious to test this awesome relocalized version of SoM with RX: https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/4324/
Played a bit of the beginning, grabbed the sword and walked to the town, then i quit RX and had a black screen error with markings, almost text, don't know if it's helpfull but you never know.

No crash here, @Flo_o
Since you didn't mentioned it, i'm gonna tell you about my process, in case it helps you: while i tend to do soft-patching for quick emulator tests (which is putting the ips/bps/ups alongside the rom, with the same exact name), i hard patched this rom using Flips. That's right niuus, at the beginning of the town, thanks for investigatingWill try it again this weekend, maybe it was just an unlucky moment.
Cool! I'll take a look at it, next version should be available tomorrow, when i find the time.Hi niuus, the user Psycho RFG has fixed and updated the Spanish translation of your Snes9x-RX. Here is the file, please it would be great to have the menus texts in "good" Spanish: https://psychorfg.neopancho.net/descargas/Snes9xRX_es_language_FIXED.zip

I can't reproduce your issue, since i already did what you described and it never crashed on me. Try another SD card, USB stick, hard drive, erase your config file, etc., so you can diagnose your devices.Hi niuus, thanks for helping, i (hard) patched it again today with Flips instead of Lunar but still i have the same crash. I was curious if it also happens after the introduction, and it does. Tested a lot of other games including the original SoM and no crashes at all, so for some reason Snes9x RX does not like this particular SoM patched version on my Wii, any ideas?
I did. Thanks for the new version.
Great! Good to see you used the updated Spanish translation. If you want to give him credit, the user who did the translation is Psycho RFG.
He updated his translation again with small fixes and adding some stuff that wasn't translated.

"Guardar y Cargar" would also be fine, i think. Save is already salvar, so guardar is natural. He mentioned that the Save & Load icon in settings appear as "Guardado & Cargar" and he thinks (and so am I) that it would look better if it says "Carga y Guardado" but it seems that is coded to be translated word by word and that's the problem.
Yeah, "Guardar y Cargar" is better than "Guardado & Cargar". I told him and he did the final version of the translation. Be sure to download the last version:I did.

Forgot the readme, but i'll add it soon. Extremely long power shortages have been plaguing my country, so i haven't even been able to play / tinker / update the code.
