Hacking R4i Gold Logo Change (DS LITE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT 3DS OR DSI)

I know it wasn't too long ago when I made a thread and there's probably 40 billion of these kind of threads but I just can't find an answer.
I want to change the icon of my R4i Gold on my home menu. I'm not bothered about the 3DS or DSi and as far as I'm aware the DS Lite will boot it anyway. if I can get some actual help on this that would be good. Thanks

How exactly do I do that?

Find the older bootloaders and do per instructions for that card to flash it
