Go to your repatch folder then your game title id folder xxxxxxx490 and rename it to whatever, you could just add an "1" at the end, then start the game all in Japanese go to the menu and redeem the dlc and save, go back and remove the "1" from your gametitleid and go back to play in English.

I did the following

i am using maidump of the Game

I put data.psarc , data0.psarc (all 2 files Patches) to ux0:/App/PCSG00490/gamedata

and patched eboot.bin to

ux0:/App/PCSG00490

I was replacing the old files with the patched files

and its works

But do you Guys think it will Work all the time till the end of the Game?

There's a total of about 50-60 DLC, NPS has less than 10 of them.

Hmm... I have version 1.01 and the original JP cartridge, but there's nothing appearing in the ux0: FAGDec folder.

Edit: Managed to fix this.

Edit: After a lot of messing around, experimenting different bin files, it worked. But I don't know what I did differently.

Yes, the requirement in Evo is all level 6 quartz, while in the PC/PSP it was all level 5 quartz, level 6 quartz are new in Evo, this should be all of them:
