I doubt. Laptop itself is not really a video game. Unless you want to buy Alienware Gaming laptop.. It is a must for most emulators, yes. However, it is very expensive and cost over 2,500 or more. Desktop is your best bet. Your laptop is not really for the gaming and it is not very powerful enough.
Your post represents deep ignorance. Alienware is a brand, it is not a set of specifications. You can get whatever specifications you want from whatever OEM you want. Gaming laptops remain a joke regardless of what OEM you get the machine from. More so than usual right now, since the 20XX mobile GPUs aren't out quite yet - they are another two weeks or so away.

The second one has an extremely mediocre GPU. The 1050TI is barely qualified to run Fortnite at high settings, let alone any demanding games. If you step down below the 1060 6GB, you will have a bad time. Keep in mind that you have no upgrade path with a laptop. It's not like you can drop in a 1070 later.
