Your post represents deep ignorance. Alienware is a brand, it is not a set of specifications. You can get whatever specifications you want from whatever OEM you want. Gaming laptops remain a joke regardless of what OEM you get the machine from. More so than usual right now, since the 20XX mobile GPUs aren't out quite yet - they are another two weeks or so away.

The second one has an extremely mediocre GPU. The 1050TI is barely qualified to run Fortnite at high settings, let alone any demanding games. If you step down below the 1060 6GB, you will have a bad time. Keep in mind that you have no upgrade path with a laptop. It's not like you can drop in a 1070 later.

4K gaming requires a high end gpu (like geforce 1080/2080 or amd vega) and even on desktop pcs it is difficult to achieve more than 60 or even 30 fps. With that current budget it is not possible to recommend a high end laptop..... since you are looking to play emulators you can try getting one laptop with the geforce 1050 or 1050 TI depending of the brand and other extras, also there is no need for 16 GB of ram, get 8 GB and a ssd or better display (or even better an external monitor). I just checked Amazon and they have a few laptops between $600-$700 that could match your requirements except for the high end gpu and the memory; also current laptops include a copy of windows 10 64 bit (all those emulators require a 64 bit OS).

something to note the laptop posted has a full hd screen, not a 4k screen. It can run things very well with that resolution in mind especially within the given budget and with emulation in mind

There's 2 budget gaming laptops to consider. One is the Acer Nitro 5 which comes equipped with a gtx1050ti 4gb. Ram will be around 8gb, cpu is i5-8300h, and you can find it on sale between $500-$600. Second is the "Overpowered" brand gaming laptop Wal-Mart sells. Linus Tech Tips did a video review on it and shows they're not bad laptops, specs are about the same as the Acer Nitro 5 and they were on sale for $499 a couple months ago but i think they sold out.

You didn't. I did, as an example of a game with very low system requirements. A 1050Ti is barely qualified to run at high settings in that game, that game that will run on a potato, unlike nearly every other AAA game, which are far more demanding.

The semi-okay 'Overpowered' machines with the 1060 6gb are $999 on sale. Out of the budget.

That machine doesn't even have a dedicated graphics card. In order to get what you want, you need to raise the price you are willing/able to spend. Or buy used or something, there is no other mechanism to get a 1060 6GB (the baseline for an acceptable gaming experience) in a laptop for $600.

One is a real graphics card, the other is Intel HD Graphics. One can be used to play video games, the other is not useful for that. Think of it in terms of the laptop not having a graphics card.

Yeah, and it's just a generic Clevo laptop, so it's not like it's an unknown quantity in terms of build quality and software support, etc.

What do you mean 1050 ti is barley qualifyed i run loads of games on high and some times ultra and 1080p just fine, the only problem is the 4gb of ram so you may be limited to 1080p and 1440p

The 1050Ti barely* qualifies to run modern, AAA games at acceptable settings at 1080p. It depends on the games, but go look at the benchmarks and the reviews, they tell the tale. The 1050Ti is a garbage card that only exists so that Nvidia has an option in a price/performance segment where AMD rules the day.

Stuff like Fortnite and Overwatch will run great. Stuff like Battlefield V and Anthem will not, not at decent settings, not at a decent frame rate. The difference in performance between the 1050ti is night and day, around 60%.

In a modern, AAA game, you'd be dropping frames all over the place at medium settings. Let alone high.

As we approach the end of the 10XX series being viable for high end gaming in general, it's best to get something with more VRAM and more oomph in general. The 6GB 1060 sits at the sweet spot for a budget gaming laptop. The 1050Ti is just too much slower (and lacking in VRAM) to be worth considering.

And, no, having precious little VRAM impacts more than just maximum supported resolution. The size of high-res textures, etc becomes a factor. The 1050Ti is not at all qualified to run at 1440p. The 1050Ti isn't really qualified to run at 1080p. The 1050Ti is a starter gaming card, intended mostly for desktop computers (for users who should be buying AMD at that price segment) and laptops that need Fortnite compatibility.

*I'm being kind. It doesn't really qualify at all.

Thanks but I have 3 comments:
    1. By when I raise up the money that slickdeal will be expired

    2. Living in Mexico represents gaining less money. With a lower budget my parents would go crazy on me like why wasting such that amount of money in a pc. I showed them the TUF Asus and they said that it was ok as long as I don’t waste more than $1000. Also since we got this crappy president AMLO our coin is getting devaluated. So that represents the money that I got is now worth less than before and I have to raise more. Also since I am only 14 years old I can’t get a formal job. Washing cars is all I can do and my parents told me I could buy my stuff as long as I get my own money. I only win $25 (DOLLARS NOT PESOS!) weekly and this can be changed only on my birthday and sometimes on Christmas.

    3. I’m ok with a full HD display. I don’t really care about 4K. What I care about is 60 FPS and the pc being portable

How about this one, it costs around $1100 and fits most of all the requirements, there is also the option to buy a refurbish unit and it is also cheaper.
