Boot0/boot1 are both firmware-specific so you can't just flash an old one once you update to 7.0. You would need to reinstall EmuNAND.

But regardless about how you update SysNAND, as far as I know, everyone updates their EmuNAND with ChoiDujourNX.

Sx emunand does not modify boot0 or boot1 anymore. Their first implementation did but now having sd emunand leaves sysnand boot0 and boot1 completely untouched.

Well it is going to be sooner rather than later... devs have had 7.0 for a while now so given his post and knowing that info I'ld say next week or two

Not starting a flame war here, but if you can afford any Nintendo AAA game, you can afford an SXOS. Yeah, they use open-source code and wall it off and all the other complaints about them, but they do offer an all-in-one, easy to use solution for the peons, or people who don't want to spend a lot of time tinkering, which is nice.

That aside, I wonder what 7.0 will have in store for us from a functionality side, if it is indeed true to be released SOON. I'd personally like to see some official Nintendo Theme's finally.
