Slightly off topic, but where did you get those Inkling renders for the Splatoon 2 theme? They look so very slightly off from the actual in-game renders I'm dying from curiosity to know what they're actually from.

I used the NxThemesInstaller.nro and when I clicked on the theme it said..." Cant install this theme because the original Flaunch.szs is missing from systemData.
To install theme(.nxtheme files) you need to dump the home menu romfs following the "NCA Extraction tab"...What is that mean???

Sweet, I prefer the default original laylout the switch already has. I just want it to be the same as the original theme, just actual black dark mode instead of that grey color Nintendo has lol. Thanks!

You need to follow the guide and generate the szs files using hactool on a pc with the files you got from dumping the nca and keys.

he deleted all his themes.
I don't know why, if the problem was the layout he could have fix it easily and replace the urls.
if he wanted to convert them all to nxthemes instead of autotheme, he could have just upload a new file to that download item.
anyway, I'm happy as new users have started sharing nxthemes too

If your internet speeds are fast enough. Streaming 4k takes alot. I used to only have 20mb sec, and 4k struggled. Now I have 300mb sec and 4k plays fine.+1 -

and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses) -

There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"

i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect

Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.+1
