Hacking Nintendo Switch Banning Hub & Warning

Kinda came out too recently for me or anybody else to have any data on. Not to mention I don't particularly ask if people hack/modify their save file. Lastly, it goes without saying that if you use their cheat engine on an online game, prepare to be banned.

No wasn't planing on using SX OS cheat engine on online games just offline single player games. I just want to know if someone has been banned from using just the SX OS cheat engine on single player games. ​

Hi guys. I just ordered sx os pro kit and I'll create an emunand. I have some games in cartdriges which I'd like to continue to play in that format and update their version online.
In order to minimize ban risks, do I need to continue to play those games and going online to check game updates in sysnand?

You don't have to but its recommended to play all of your legitimate games in SysNAND although there's nothing really stopping you from playing them in EmuNAND.

Thank you. If I'm using just one SD card, if I boot into sysnand, do I have to rename the Nintendo folder to NitendoSys?

I've been using SX OS since FW 5.1, using SX OS 1.3. I'm using SX OS 2.0 now on FW 6.0. I updated a lot of my games throughout the last few months, and still no ban. Always remove WiFi settings and turn on airplane mode before going in SX OS.

Just wanted to reiterate that I'm still not banned. I've only used .XCI files in combination with SX OS, and am not going online in CFW. Played 'My Hero - One's Justice' yesterday, and decided to go into OFW to download the latest update file for the game. Was able to download and install the update without a hitch. Afterwards I deleted my internet settings, and went into Airplane mode with bluetooth enabled, as I always do. Am not using emunand.

EDIT: Also, since I'm paranoid, I always remove my SD card with CFW stuff before going into OFW. I install all my updates on the system memory.

Hey, i've thought about trying ReiNX on my 4.1.2 switch (or whichever one it was, something 4.xx i forgot) and play some "1337 Haxxor games" aka Pirated games.

to which degree will i be banned? Will i be stripped from the EShop (purchasing games and such), Online play, Console ID ban?

If i do get banned, can the ban be erased somehow?

Piracy causes a ban. This includes sx os, atmosphere or reinx.

Yep Big Bowser Balls. Honestly the best solution is a legit Switch and an offline CFW Switch. One can be used or a tablet only from eBay to save some $.

Bans are handled server-side. Once your console's ID is banned there is no way to unban yourself, and it stops you from connecting to any of Nintendo's online services, be it game/system updates, eShop etc.

I just think more people have SX since its easier(?) to set up than say, Atmosphere.
