Hacking I think my MS is gone, any suggestions?

So... Just to make sure and see if I have done everything I could before give up, I have a 32gb MS PRO-HG, and a few days ago I was playing nicely, it never showed any problems so far, never corrupted, I barely removed it, and then, the next morning I turned the PSP on and the MS access light started flashing without a pause, then a really sad message appeared: "It's not possible to read this MS, go to Definitions, System Definitions and format the MS." then I really tried, it was the only way, and this is where the problem gets weird: "Formating, please wait..." after a while: "There's no MS inserted." and sometimes "Error, could not format." I tried to insert it on any adaptor to access it on my laptop, but it doesn't show up nor recognize it...
Anyone knows anything about it? Great, HD pics below.

Can't imagine why it would do that, even if it was corrupted I would think that it would tell you that. When you insert it into your PC , is it directly via the little slot in your PC? Or do you insert it using a USB drive that has a slot for the memory card?

I tried it on my laptop's slot and it doesn't show up, it's like it is not inserted at all (just tried with another one, I think only the Micro SD with that adaptor will work here) but I also tried with a USB drive that has a slot for it, and didn't work too. I'll try some things here about this matter, I also tried inserting it on another PSP, I got the same result though.

Edit: It recognized just now when I inserted it inside the PSP, but windows can't format it. Oh, I just saw here on MiniTool Partition, it says that is a Bad Disk, well, I think it is done for. Well, not recognizing anymore.

Try the bad sector scan tool (I forgot its name). Maybe it is bad sector somewhere. Try cleaning the slot by rubbing it with an eraser, maybe it will work. Good luck.

the contacts on the picture look like they got some wear in them, try cleaning it up.
sans that, throw it in some low level diagnostic tool (start with windows device manager and work your way through heavier tools until you find something that recognizes it as a device.)

tis kind of things happen sometimes, i've had a few SSD's that would just one day refuse to work for god knows what reason. Throwing them into a ps2 or ps3 always works, since those machines just dont care, they see a device and format it, end of discussion. (can't do that for a memory card though, unless you own an old fatty ps3 with the card reader.)

I tried to open it with the Mini Tool Partition, but not worked, I scanned it with Auslogics Disk Drefag (here it said that was a Bad Disk, from my Hardware knowledge, when that happes the only way to reppair it is to buy another one, it is not a computer, but the same applies), anyway, thanks for the suggestions, I already tried to clean it, didn't work and my PS3 is slim, so I would need some adapter, which I don't have, a friend had, but not anymore, probably they don't sell it here anymore.

I'll stick with the 4gb for now, is not enough but I can deal with that until I have money to buy another one, I just don't want to use any Micro SD adapter, they just sell plastic ones, which always break when I insert them, and since I want to play DJ Max Portable (which has some problems) I need to remove the MS every time.
I don't mind, I'm not playing as much as before.

Actually just my backup of saves and stuff are 3gb, since it's really small I can't have it, so I can have only the needed games and most of my saves. At least for now I don't have to use the 2gb that I have, this would be really impossible.
