Hacking What's the best FW to stay?

I wonder where can someone find a legit fw backup to flash using Choixdujour. Wouldn't a wrong backup brick the console if used

I've upgraded and downgraded numerous times using the files from xbins FTP server from firmwares 3.0.2 to 6.0 without a brick. I believe these files are trustworthy.
