Use ChoiDujourNX to update your firmware. While the 6.0 firmware update files cannot be linked here, that thread has clues on where to find them.

I'd also recommend submitting a ban report in this thread (https://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendo-switch-banning-hub-warning.508710/) by checking out the OP for the form and posting there.
