Homebrew Any way to remap Gamepad buttons to Pro Controller?

So I just recently got a 32gb SD card (yeah, THAT was stopping me from downloading big games) and I've been on a downloading spree. But, the momento I downloaded and installed Batman Arkham City AE, I realized something. It doesn't support pro controller.

My gamepad's really delicate these days. Right stick doesn't work properly, the batteries busted and have to keep it plugged, etc. So I REALLY don't want to need to use it, specially for a PS3/Xbox 360 game (Batman, that is). Is there a way to remap the buttons from the gamepad to the pro controller somehow? I tried HIDtoVpad but no luck there.
