The website itself is for the loader it comes with plus there is no link whatsoever on that website to buy the dongle itself, so in that regard it is 100 percent accurate and correct.

It seems to have other dongle like this one on Aliexpress. On another page, they said that the dongle will be linked to one console. Maybe they're talking about the software licence ?
(so any reason that it don't work with Atmosphere or another CFW)

It's a payload loader. There's no software license included whatsoever. You use the programmer tool provided to push the payload of your choice

On the tutorial or user manual, when they're installing Titan Quest, we can see a menu item LICENCE...

I can't find that anywhere what you're stating. Plus you're talking about a cracked sxos version they use that only installs nsp''s. This is a payload dongle and is not CFW. What you're talking about is custom firmware and has nothing to do with this since this pushes a payload and nothing more then that. They're using a cracked sxos to show how it works wich only installs NSP's to show how it works. It's just a payload dongle and nothing more then that. You don't have to use that since it also has a program tool to put any payload on the dongle itself that you want

It's much clearer with your explanation about SXOS. I have no doubt about this dongle to push payload in RCM Mode and have planned to buy one.

Look at the coupon itself if it says something like '' order for 20 euro/dollar ''Because sometimes you have to hit a certain amount before the coupon works. Didn't check myself just saw that pop up today that new members get 10 off

i've tried and calimed it, it still there in my profile, i reached to $30 but in the coupon field there was only the $4 coupon.
maybe that coupon for other products.

Top right corner of aliexpress you can change the language but normally the link should be in English but if it's not well you can change it top right corner

No, the actual language is ok. It's just that I don't know how to input my address (in shipping details). I just need to copy my normal one, or do I need to translate it?
