any idea to what? that's your first post in this thread, you didn't tell what problem you had nor what your setup nor what you tested.
Ahh maybe .. wait ...
... HDD ...... Video mode....debug mode..... USB Port ...... cIOS .....
yeah, that's it. It's either hardware issue, video mode, wrong USB Port, debug enabled without a dubugger plugged, or an outdated or wrong cIOS version/base for a specific game.
you need to test ANOTHER thing to narrow the issue.
Test another HDD to check if it's caused by your HDD.
Test playing from disc instead of USB to see if the problem is your USB port, or HDD format.
You don't use Flash drive, right? because if you do, it's like you are begging to get problems, you might like having issues and create them by yourself, don't ask for help if you like problems.
Test another Loader (Wiiflow, CFG, Postloader, neek, etc.) to see if it's caused by USBLoaderGX
Test another USB cable, to see if it's your cable
Test another Wii to see if the problem is your Wii hardware ?
Test another ..... something, so see if it's caused by that one too.
etc. ?
etc.?
Once everything has been narrowed to USBLoaderGX and a specific reason, then we could fix it (whether it's HDD init, or video mode, etc.)
