I havent used it in months, I have playing my New 2DS alot. My wireless headphones also broke so can enjoy using that with the wii u.

Theres no games on wii u im interested to play anymore except Minecraft and Terraria which both have ports to 3ds.

I perfer Smash 3DS to Wii U, so thats out.

Mario Kart 8 is cool with Sonic modded in, but hoping for Sonic in Mario Kart 7 would be better.

The only other reason to keep the wii u would be for gamecube games, but I have a reglaur wii for that.

I have no idea what to do with it. Its in good condition and all just bored with it.

If I sell it Ill probably put it on here in the trade thread.

What you think I should do with it?

I'm in the same boat.
I have a regular Wii in the cupboard that I can use for Wii/Gamecube games and a Switch that is becoming more open and has a lot of the Wii U games ported across.

Between the Switch and the original Wii I'm struggling to see why I am keeping my Wii U, it's been about a year since I even turned it on

I would sell the Wii, and keep the Wii U. The Wii U can play just about every game Nintendo has ever made over the past 30 years. Not to mention that the Wii U has a "semi-mobile" playing capability with the gamepad. If you like Nintendo games, and revisiting classic Nintendo games, then the Wii U is the best console that Nintendo has ever made in terms of flexibility, and massive size of it's game library. The Wii is the obsolete, and worthless console that should be sold.

I feel the wiiu is really a system designed for being modded now which is luckily very easy

Installing or running games is a non issue, the WiiU can play WiiU and Wii games, the Wii can't run WiiU games.

So...

1 - WiiMC

What are the other things?
I dont know if is still a thing but, Nand Backup and Restore [bootmi], Support gamecube controllers without a third party adapter, and a bugger list of emulators i guess.

WiiU > Wii afaik.
Yes WiiMC can be ran on a WiiU in vWii.

Emulators, are there any that work on Wii that don't work on WiiU ? (I'm not aware of any)
I thought most if not all work on the WiiU at this point and some even take advantage of the extra horse power.

I suppose the need to by a GameCube adapter to use controllers is a things so....

1 - No need to buy an adapter to use a GameCube controller.

I'm genuinley interested afaik, keep the WiiU and stop using the Wii :)

Wow, I didnt think id get this many replies. Long story short I was one the early adopters for Wii U, disappointed like many with not much game support, and most games are ether updated or upgraded wii/gc games. Due to the disappointment I also one of those people who isnt likely to upgrade to the switch, even though it is doing very well.
I just feel most games I enjoy, which are the classics, are access able trough the 3ds and wii systems.

I hope that answers most things here. For the more spectfic stuff, ill qoute them.

If you have no need for it, sell it. Personally, I play my Wii U more than I play my Switch and 3DS combined.

Really, im interested what games do you play on Wii U that you spend more time on it then Switch and 3DS.

I'm actually interest to know why you feel that way. :)

I first played Smash 3DS when I imported an old Japanese 3DS and was one the early adopters to play that game as well. I loved it, still do. It has better stages and the single player options from Smash run to the angery birds like minigame, its enjoyable to play on the go. Oh and the undub, cant stand the english dub. Thats pretty much it in my own opinion of course.

No interest in, or have already played all of the following? (I won't include titles that have been, or will be, ported to Switch)

Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water-No interest
Game & Wario-Played
Kirby & the Rainbow Curse-No intereset
Mario Party 10-Played
Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash-Played and Completed
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate-No interest
NES Remix Pack-Played and Completed
New Super Mario Bros U (and New Super Luigi U)-Played-might have to revisit and complete it
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge-No interest
Paper Mario: Color Splash-No interest
Pikmin 3-Played didnt like
Splatoon-Played
Star Fox Zero-Played didnt like
Super Mario 3D World-Played and Completed
Super Mario Maker-Played
Wind Waker HD-No interest
Twilight Princess HD-No interest
The Wonderful 101-Played didnt like
Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE-Didnt like
Xenoblade Chronicles X-Played
Yoshi's Woolly World-Played
ZombiU-no interest

Also before someone qoutes I wasnt into the 3D zelda games really, I always enjoyed the 2D zelda games. I dont know its one thing that weird about me I guess.
