Didn't you say your Kirby shows the 2.00 on screen?Wait, sorry, no you were right, I just checked my Kirby one again, and it's the same as how I extracted it... hmm, i'll see what hactool's NCA problem is.
Yes it is an NCA update file. What I don't know if the one I got from the SD card (downloaded by the game itself when I put my real card inside the Switch)I meant your key you had was right, so it cannot be that, I didn't mean that I just noticed my game didn't update... lol. The file your trying to use as the update is an nca format?

The update doesn't come inside the cartridge xD comes from Nintendo Servers. So @GOTBLZ
What size is the kirby update? the biggest nca I'm seeing in the update folder is 14mb
Are you meaning you grabbed the .nca folders with the 00 files in them? They aren't nca format, they need to be converted to true .nca format first, https://gist.github.com/khang06/84aabeac507fa99a676d22bb6120cea8 that should give you a guide on how to do that.
The Kirby update was around 300MB

Just to give everyone that little bit more encouragement... lol
This is funny but here's a tip: I never put the title key when extracting nca files and it always works!
You don't need to for nca's out of your backups, but you will need to for the updates or else they won't extract. Every update has a different key too, so its not like you can just save that key under Kirby Star Allies...
Im still stuck in extracting the Updates from my SD card xD

Yeah but you have to follow a WHOLE procedure to get them out of the SD card in the right format.. Is not so easy as copy and paste xDI think the Nintendo folder puts files under the NCA folder of the app. Try finding the one for Kirby.
