It's because they send all the codes manually, i think all sites does. Probably because of the way they received the codes.

if only team sx wasnt dumb and had a site where u pay and instantly get the key, but no, they left it to resellers. fantastic. i may chargeback on the card and go somewhere else tbh

They didn't answer me either so I filed for a refund through paypal. Worked for me that way, but takes up to 7 days to get the money back after the refund request gets verified.
