I honestly wouldn't have cared about a free solutoon if TX released on time.. Even on the 12th they had confirmed that SX OS will release on 15th.. Yet the 15th came and went and we haven't heard a peep out of them. Except GaryOPA's pathetic image thread that was a failed attempt at cutting their losses after LayeredFS back up loading had gone public. It was only then that I saw the kind of shitty people I was buying from, if they failed that miserably at launching a supposedly ready OS, I can't imagine they will give 2 shits about updating and adding features after they already got their money.

I do think the os version should of went live on 15th even pro versions could of used the os license that comes with it while theywait for dongle. I only orderd os version and will keep it free version seems to be a mess and complicated.
Personally I bought it for the dongle and jig. I know there's free stuff out there now but, eh. I ain't canceling personally.
If the OS went live yesterday, it would be reversed and released for free quickly. They did this to preserve sales of the Pro. It was a good business decision.

The Switch being a portable console, having a dongle if you don't have an android phone (hey there IOS users), then it is a great solution for traveling, and hell, even if you do have an android, the dongle still streamlines everything. The OS alone may not be worth it, but the dongle and jig combo are worth it IMO.
Wait what? I got on these forums about a month ago just until I get my switch running backups.. Not everyone lives for that TX reswiched drama. I honestly don't give a flying fuck about gary, TX, Reswiched or any other dev tbf. It's nothing personal, it's just a shitty business model that ain't worth my 30$..
And I ordered the OS btw. That dongle can't do anything my phone couldn't.

If they dont send me my license before this tuesday i will just cancel my order. They said multiple times that they would release it on June 15. Its not our fault that reviewers havent received their sx pro. The only reason people bought sx os is because they dont want to wait for the sx pro to be shipped
Maybe for you.. but for someone who literally only cared about backups, the OS was the whole point.
They never said that. What they did say is that OS will be unlocked after reviewers get their SX-PRO and they also stated the SX-Pro could come before SX-OS or very close. I've posted this several times in other threads.
