If you believe that Nintendo won E3 then that's your opinion. Someone can believe that Sony or Microsoft won E3. I would disagree but they can be entitled to their opinion. As long as it does not completely contradict fact.

They all lost this year. I think it says a lot about where gaming heading that everyone got away with such disappointing showings but their militant fanbases will defend them to the death about it.

Anyone know of a release date for Yoshi newest Switch game, Nintendo seems to have forgotten it. I was thinking of an august 2018, think it's too soon ?

In all seriousness though, I feel like a little bit less on smash would have been fine. Maybe they could have talked about Yoshi, or maybe some Metroid prime 4.

Looks like I wont be purchasing a Switch in 2018 either. Had a new "real" Animal Crossing been announced for Switch, I would have bought one today. So as it stands, about the only games that interest me on Switch are Mario Odyssey, Mario Party (but only if it has online play), Mario Tennis Aces, Splatoon 2, Yoshi (which they didn't even showcase), and Octopath Traveler.

After looking into Hollow Knight a bit after the show, it actually looks and sounds pretty good. It's supposed to be a Metroidvania that takes 20 hours or more.

It reminds me of megaman more than anything. I'm stoked to see it come to the switch. I'll get it.

If you want more content then the treehouse won't disappoint. They always show off the announced games in those.

Well, Smash, Daemon X Machina, and Fire Emblem all look great. Turned out to be about the same amount of games I was really hyped for in each conference.

They revealed games that matter to me and do not look like mods of one another so it was pretty good. Too bad Fire Emblem is still one year away.
