Missing Components on New 3DS XL MotherBoard

Hi. I'm replacing the FPC connector for the battery on my New 3DS XL motherboard. I'm missing components in the areas circled in red in the picture. Will I be able to save this motherboard without them? If not, is there a way I can replace them? Please let me know.

Without any knowledge of the 3DS motherboard, I am going to assume those are capacitors. In which case you will likely be fine.
