This is great! However, may I add a few suggestions for improvement
1: Increasing the PWR of Pokémon
2: The level rank editor is broken. When you rank up it'll go back to normal
3: Finally, could you add more cheats; All titles, All clothes, ect.

The level rank editor works as it should. The game never keeps with the rank set. If you put 79 for the rank. You got one run or castle quest before that rank returns to normal. AFAIK there is not one that permasets that rank.

Help! I have a problem with toolhack!

It give me this error:Exception not managed in the application. Click Continue to ignore the error and attempt to continue. Click Exit to stop the application immediately. The Ionic Zlib file or assembly could not be loaded

Put the "Ionic.Zlib.dll" file (Included in the RAR containing the app) in the same folder as the .exe.

I'm just testing and it's not that easy to understand.
well bulbapedia helped me to make a legit-like special trait, serebii has per pokémon data but for the previous game...
anyway I wanted to change one arceus (who was something like 2300 in power), I turned it into a Pikachu and it... it's 1433. I suppose the power is totally related to the species.
I also made a spiritomb from another pokémon above 2000 and it ended up being 1685.
...I think I'll stick to letting Pokémon being their own species, but the king's challenges are very tough, I still have a low level one where I got to not destroy any tower, but I still didn't beat 300 pokémon... so even with cheats, this game is tough.

people are mentionning how it'd be nice to be able to change the power, I'd like at least to be able to see it, so it helps me know which Pokémon I'm viewing. also it could be nice to change the value of pokémon's use, which affects return and frustration.

last thing, is it actually possible to read the dat files in the save folder? all i see is a bunch of garbage characters, I suppose the software I'm using doesn't have the right language...

How do I export the data? I tried copying the thing using FBI, but in the folder is like a labyrinth, What do I do?
install Checkpoint on your console. then you open it and use it to backup your save file (always do two backup in case your edited one will corrupt). Then you use your sd card on your computer to use this tool, you edit one of your backups, then you put your sd card back in your console and open checkpoint, then you use "restore" on your edited save file, then you can open rumble world.

    @TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one ;)

I would like to eventually have the ability to add more characters, enemies, even have a completely different story if i wanted. I already have the ability to change the tilemaps in the US version, so I can basically make my own map and warp to it in game - so I'm pretty far into it!
