Hacking Xecuter via Windows?

Could I potentially just buy the license for the Xecuter and use my laptop to install it instead of their dongle thingy?

I'm guessing I would need the USB C to A cable, a USB 3.0 port and the jig for the hack.

You can just get Xecuter SX OS if you own a USB-C and jig, no need for Xecuter SX Pro if you don't mind installing from a PC, android or whatever you have.
I contacted Team-Xecuter to see if you need the Xecuter SX Pro to use Xecuter SX OS and the said.

Hello ipodtouchdude,

you can use you own usb & jig with Xecuter SX OS if you prefer.
We recommend SX Pro though, the tools are safe, and very convenient. But again,
you can and are free to use SX OS with your tools. This is why it is also sold
as stand alone.

There is no need to buy PRO version if you already have RCM jig.

You wont get it any sooner than people that ordered the Pro kit. Xecuter has already stated that.

Well you would require the payload which you might have to wait until it gets to you to access
