Has an actual Switch console gotten banned yet? First I have heard of this?

But they will happen when cfw are wide spread
Damn. I will have to be careful I guess. I want my Mario Kart and Pokemon online but I also want ALL the backups

But Nintendo was rather tolerant in the past.
Nintendo's bans were really rare (mostly for playing games before release / or cheating)
But i feel like that's gonna change.
The current exploits are to easy to use, for too many consoles.
I don't think that Nintendo will just sit there and watch (again).

There's a ton of questions about the device, I'll probably pre-order one and wait a few days to use it until someone has assessed all the dangers
so looks like i just bought something I wont be using since if your nand is modified by Tx OS then it won't be compatible with Atmosphere.
You can just get Xecuter SX OS if you own a USB-C and jig, no need for Xecuter SX Pro if you don't mind installing from a PC, android or whatever you have.
I contacted Team-Xecuter to see if you need the Xecuter SX Pro to use Xecuter SX OS and the said.
