If you can run Homebrew on 5.x without RCM than you don’t.......OF COURSE YOU DO! Geez people really should search before ask. There are TONS of posts regarding this in this forum.

What’s the chances of getting banned for missing BOTW save files and back them up when online comes out if they read the files?

Other than being pissed if your running “malicious code” from their point of view hahahaI would say pretty low. You can delete them from the data management menu after all. Also, the game only keeps so many saves in the first place, so overwritten data is to be expected. Unless they implement 360 style "Achievements", with gamer perks associated with a gamer score, that carries over to multiplayer environments (the very grey area MS uses to ban single player game cheating. No, Really.) I would say Ninty has no real reason to do the banning.
