You don't have to play them but i feel like i'm missing out if i don't but they do make me feel stressful because i feel like i have to spend a ton of time on games.

what else is there to do in life but watch movies tv draw read code and go to places. I don't really play sport anymore. This is why i don't think games are a waste of time i don't have money nor do my parents to go on holidays at all so i'm in the house mostly anyways. If I play games for too long I feel like crap. I feel like what a waste. I could've spent my time on something else, something more useful, but instead I wasted too much time on a game. This is only if I play too long.
I always feel like i'm missing out. If I play one game I feel like i'm missing out on another. I play a different game I feel like i'm missing out again. A big problem for me is the bombardment of games and management. I want to replay my old favorites like Chrono Trigger or Ocarina of Time. But if I replay these old games I already played, I could instead use that time to play a new game. I'm limited in time. Soon I'll die. So what should I do? Should I only play games once and never play them again? To make room for time for new games.
Many people put lots of effort to make great games. If I replay old games then i'll miss out on these great new games. But the old games also had lots of work put in them. Developers put their heart and soul into making these games. It feels a shame to only play them once and ditch them, never to see them again. I want to replay them over and over to appreciate what they made. But then new games wont be played. So what to do? Theres also movies, books, and other works of art. What about spending time with people? I don't know how to manage all this. And i'm still trying to figure this out. It really feels overwhelming.
This is only a few decades of game making. Imagine 200 or 400 years worth of games. 200 years from now how would anybody try and enjoy the classics? Theres too much too play. And the list keeps building and building.

Its hard to think a game is fun when you get stuck. Games don't have unlimited content so they can't be really easy.Don't people play games for fun? lol

I have less time than I used to when I game anymore. So I find myself playing with a GameFAQs walkthrough more often than not. And I find no shame in it. I played Persona 4 (complete social links) with a guide the complete way though and I had a blast. And many many others. Its hard to think a game is fun when you get stuck. Games don't have unlimited content so they can't be really easy.
