Check the Creating a NAND Backup and Restoring a NAND Backup. If you have your sysNAND backed up when the 3DS was freshly hacked, then you can attempt sysNAND restore. It won't do you good if you try creating a backup now in the current corrupted state the sysNAND on the 3DS is right now.

You're missing your boot9strap folder from the screenshot you provided and have in place the older arm9loaderhax. I don't think you're on ntrboot CFW.

I am already on boot9strap, I can't exactly show the screenshot ATM but I will when I can, also I've done all the methods you've listed above.

Ok so I solved this issue by literally just removing the cartridge that is in my 3DS. I have absolutely no clue why this worked, but it worked for me when it happened a while ago. In my scenario, the working NAND backup I had was successfully restored, but it still didn't actually show the home screen. So please try removing a game cartridge if you have one in your 3DS

I tried and it seems like it isn't doing anything.

Ok, just making sure. Also, how did you upgrade from A9LH to B9S? From your SD card files it doesn't seem like B9S is installed. I have also seen cases of peoples 3ds consoles taking over 10 minutes to load, so try waiting that long.

If you installed b9s with 3ds.guide, you should have luma on ctrnand. This means that you would be able to boot without the sd. Have you tried removing the SD and turning on the console?

Yeah I'm able to boot without the sd and even get into luma and fbi without it aswell.

Nope but I've done it before this happened so I know I've got boot9strap/latest luma.

Ok. Have you tried updating the system through the recovery mode? DON'T DO THIS IF YOU DID A CTR TRANSFER, as I have no clue what will happen, and I don't want to screw up your 3ds even more than it already is.

Yes I already have before I did the ctrtransfer.

Ok. First, try booting withought the game cart OR the SD card. If that doesn't work, I have one more idea. Last thing you should try that I know of: Literally wait 20 minutes to see if the 3DS will boot. This seems crazy, but this has actually worked for some people. Please let me know if you try this before you do it, and also tell me the results.

Left it on for a few hours, still didn't change.

Try booting withought the SD or the game cart.
